MY ROLE

UX Research & Design

I partnered with three UX designers to conducted in-depth research into understanding the challenges faced by the customers, company, and the city of Denver. I conducted contextual inquiry interviews of the product that helped identify what was working and what wasn’t. I interviewed users to reveal behaviors and motivations. I conducted multiple sythization methods that identified pain points and personas. I created journey maps and wireframes that helped to evangelize ideas, gain alignment and drive decision making. I ideated with the team until we came to an agreed upon product solution and features that met business and customer goals. I created wireframe mockups that aided in driving the overall design and conducted usability testing of the prototype that helped direct the iterations in design.
